Purchases are eligible for store credit only and must be returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase with the tags still attached. After this timeframe, or if the tags are removed, your item would not be eligible for return. If you need to make an exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
All store credits expire 1 year from the issue date.
Items marked “FINAL SALE” are final and cannot be exchanged.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
When returning an item for exchange, the customer is responsible for any shipping and packing cost.
Please include the packing slip that was included with your original order.
